We created a rich banner that shows the audience how a customer’s social actions spur a company to create a product tailored just for her. As she tweets and posts in one banner, the product in the other banner changes accordingly. Suddenly, the concept of “chief executive customer” becomes real.
To promote the new THINK app from IBM, we created a series of engaging interactive puzzles that acted as a filter from people trawling for cat videos and those willing to think. Correctly solving the brainteasers revealed another opportunity for some mental stimulation —a free download for the THINK App. Featured in Creativity Online.
